- User journey & conversion funnel analysis: 
Mapped the purchase funnel to identify drop-off points across product pages, shopping carts, and checkout processes
Conducted heatmap and scroll-depth analysis to track user behavior, pinpointing high-engagement sections and areas where visitors exited
Integrated tracking for key events (e.g., add-to-cart clicks, checkout initiation) to identify potential conversion barriers
